Nearly summer

And heated pool helps a bit.

The day has gone quick. That what happens when the whole family wakes up at 9, drags out of the bed even later, has breakfast maybe before 11. But we are planning to get up before 7 tomorrow and do proper market fruit and veg shopping. We really really have best intentions.

The rest of the day was spent on pottering around the house and garden. Washing! I love my washing-machine, I will never take it for granted again. Fresh sheets were flapping on the line, getting whiter in the sun. Mr H was treasure hunting in the garden, which will probably keep him entertained for a few months. And we finished off the day with a visit to ex-neighbours. It now takes a trip across the city, not the street, to go and see them. We moved out from the old street in the same week and now enjoy the novelty of new places. Great to see them settling in happily.
