Pizza Rollups

Our weekly Monday night supper. You use pizza dough, either homemade (this is) or from a tube. Stretch it out into rectangles, top it like you would a pizza, roll it up like a jelly roll, and seal the edges. This was baked at 500 degrees F. for 10 minutes. On the left is chicken, bacon, ranch, in the middle is Italian sausage, and on the right is pepperoni. Slice it, top it with marinara sauce and cheese. Pizza with a bit of a twist.
