Very exciting day - the soup a day book has arrived - Morrocan Chicken Soup for tomorrow. All we need then is the Soupmaker to arrive. We know how to have a good time!

I have spent most of today with Y7 looking at their literacy and learning about settlements. Recipe book was more interesting. Poor little children who have trouble reading and writing will be on GCSE courses in 18 months time. Or maybe not. Mr Gove still has plenty of time to change things.
