Painful day yesterday

I was in a bad way yesterday - not sure what caused it, but I was getting a lot of pain from my shoulder and neck, and anything other than shallow breathing was excruciating too. Happily things are much better today. I don't normally take any form of pain killer, but these were essential yesterday, and to finally let me get to sleep at 03:30 today.
