Let me in!

For my photography A-level, we need to attempt artist inspired shoots, this one is of Jenny Saville.

JS is known for her portraits of larger women, pressed and deformed against glass, this is my take at re doing that. This was taken using my camera on tripod, set with a 10 second delay so I can get behind the door in time. After the original shot, I edited it using Gimp 2.6, where I cropped, sharpened and touched up the image. Then I lowered the pasteurization to redyce the number of colours, this was the end result.

Overall I really like this piecr, aspecially the blodge colours in the background and the framing of picture using the window panes.
