Oh those youngsters!

They have driven their (daddy's) car to the sand and there it now lies, lonely and stuck. We faced that sad sight on our morning walk with Sami.

Later me and J went to a well-being lecture at the university, we met our friends Päivi and Mika there too. We learned that cornerstones of physical wellness are:

1.Sleep, relaxation and stress management --- prioritise sleeping, sleep 7-8 hours every night.

2.Pure food that suits to you --- eat regularly and eat enough protein in every meal (ladies 20-30 g and men  40-60 g).

3. Regular exercise --- weightlifting with heavy weights is recommended. Training should be safe, motivational, planned and productive.

Each cornerstone is a no-brainer, but well-being seems to be very popular topic, there weren't enough seats in a lecture hall today. People are too stressed, I think.

In the evening we watched the first episode (5th season) of a popular Finnish sketch comedy Putous.
