Walk

I snapped this autumn photo along my daily walk from parking lot to office. Although I prefer summer as a season, I do love the beauty of fall. I was thinking today how my work parking lot is such a source of joy. At the very edge of campus, it's not especially desirable in terms of location - but I am pretty lucky to have even reached the top of a LONG waiting list to get a spot at all, and the lot itself is bordered with so many beautiful trees and shrubs. I don't know what type they are, but right now the trees are a lovely shade of orange and the shrubs are bright red. In the spring, the same trees are covered in pink flowers. It definitely adds some joy to the beginning and end of my workday.
