The Red Geranium

I ventured out into the garden early to give the plants some water because it was going to be very hot again. Glad I did because it hit 41 around 11am whew!!

The only flowers I've got at the moment are red geraniums and they seem to thrive in this heat. Never really realised how lovely their centres are until I had a look today through the macro, quite stunning!

Definitely looking forward to the cool change tomorrow as we start back at work, although I'm really not sure I'm looking forward to that work bit! I guess the party is over!!! ;)
