Monsal Trail

A lovely walk over to Little Longstone and a visit to the rather splendid Packhorse Inn, exactly what a good country pub should be like.
I'm not alone in my view of this as it was standing room only.
We walked along the Monsal Trail which was busy with dogs, cyclists walkers and people on horseback.
One of the many great things about the trail is that even if there is a wind about you are sheltered along most of its route.
