I'm In!

I mentioned in my post a few days ago that one of my goals for this year was to run a half marathon. Well, I've signed up for one (you might have guessed by now!) and will compete as part of a team from our CrossFit Box.

I suppose technically it isn't a half marathon in the truest sense of the word. A Tough Mudder event is an approx 12 mile run plus around 20 additional obstacles to overcome. These obstacles include walls to scale over, tunnels to crawl through, ice cold pools to plunge into and electric-wires to dodge! Sounds great right!
