Dinner in the making

I thought we have pretty much covered all the bases when it comes to eggs but we had missed one - a frittata. Well this evening we tried making our own and it was very very tasty! This is it midway being under the grill so it got much crispier than this but couldn't quite capture it fully!

This will be a favourite going forward I know that for sure.
