Milling grain for the stock

Our sheep and cattle receive a lot of supplementary feed of hay and grain. Here grain is being augered from the silo into the roller mill, driven by the PTO on the tractor. Another auger transfers it into the trailer, from where it can be shovelled into the feed troughs. We also have a hammer mill, which chops up hay to be mixed with the grain, again with a shovel. A feed mixer is on the farm shopping list.
