Frensham ponds.

Took the camera out for some infra red shooting today. Moderate success in that I discovered my 50mm is not a good IR lens and has a hot spot in the middle. I kinda guessed as much as it's an old lens and does flare a bit. I need to get a bigger filter to fit my other full frame lens, but that's looking like it'll be £100. That conversion on the D90 doesn't look like such a bad idea now!

This was taken with the iPhone and given an IR 'effect'. Prefer the real thing.
