Tulips and bumps.

This is a drawing I did of one of Lazooligirl's blips of some tulips (yes I did ask permission). But I'm not happy with the way the paper stretched and now looks wrinkled when framed. But I have an idea how to 'fix' it, so expect another blip soon!
