Mask Parade

The town's annual Mask Parade was held this evening heralding the start of our Arts Festival. And what a glorious vibrant, happy, colourful, cheery atmosphere it was too!!

There were hundreds of kiddlies from all over the region proudly strutting behind the masks they'd designed and made. Some schools had accompanying music, some made their own whilst others sang or danced their way down the street.

I took over 300 shots and picking just one was pretty difficult!! This one won out .......for the time being at least. I may change my mind later ;)
