Mighty Christmas trees...

...from little pine cones grow!

A beautiful, frosty start to the day, and a quick, slippery dash to Book Club, walking past a myriad of magical, sparkling, icy scenes, but sadly no time to stop. Luckily I'd already been out prancing round the garden with my camera, in my pjs, much to the neighbours' entertainment!

Ordinary Thunderstorms by William Boyd received very mixed reviews. Hopefully Moon Tiger by Penelope Lively will be more of a success!
