Expresso mushrooming day 11

Last night I felt the mushrooms were drying out slightly so I took the decision to harvest them. Tonight we will be having pearl oyster mushroom risotto

We may have enough for a second dish tomorrow. Will be looking to the river cottage veg everyday cookbook for inspiration.

The kitchen garden is resting now for 10 days before I start the whole process again.
