Expresso mushroom kitchen resting day 2

Well. We had the classic pearl oyster mushroom risotto last night. It was really good.

In about 9 days this resting kitchen garden will be re soaked for over 12hours and then drained. I am going to place the garden in a different location next time let's see how that goes.
