Cobbles in the close

Another day:

06:00 up for my morning run
06:45 back from my run, time for sit-ups and stretches
07:00 breakfast, shower, get dressed
08:00 start work at home: e-mail, admin, meeting prep, phone call to prospective PhD student
11:40 walk to work
12:40 lunch with colleague
13:30 more e-mail and meeting prep
14:00 chaired a meeting (largely about research degrees, but also included discussion of kettles)
16:00 another meeting (about strategies to support the academic careers of women in science, technology, engineering and maths)
17:00 more e-mail and prep for tomorrow morning's meetings
18:00 walk home - bumped into friends heading in the other direction on the way, and snapped this blip just off the High Street
19:10 home
19:15 sausage and lentil stew for supper
19:45 bath

After this blip is posted it will be bedtime for me so that I can spring out of bed bright and early in the morning for more of the above tomorrow.

Exercise today: morning loops in 28'54", sit-ups, stretches, walked to work and back (2 hours total).
