Waiting for Spring.

After all the rain we have had today has been stunning! I took the dog for a walk and took 174 photos. Which one to choose? Then came across these silver birches down by the old Moulin. Against the blue sky they looked fabulous.

The dog meanwhile was rolling in something unpleasant. ( He was bathed yesterday.)
Then he chose to jump in and out of the mill stream. After all the rain last night it was very full and flowing. He had a ball.
Back home after an hour out he was rubbed down with his towel left on the step in the sunshine to dry and now is clean and dry and fast asleep on the sofa!
