Sanderlings

This isn't as sharp as I would like, but it's the first time I have managed to get a recognisable picture of these small birds in flight at all. Even blurred, I like the shapes they make.

We walked from Carnoustie to Arbroath, and looked in at the Signal Tower museum. Well worth looking in if you are passing.
