Playing to the camera at the 2014 Strathpuffer near Strathpeffer. A 24 hour mountain biking event for soloists and teams of up to four. Seven hours of daylight, and seventeen of darkness, with very little light pollution to assist during the night.

Challenging light conditions for photography - very dull and grey. But at least it was a fair bit warmer than usual. There was still ice about, to catch out the unwary, and small thin patches of snow at the side of the track in a few places. Nothing like 2010. I may go and see the last couple of hours tomorrow morning.

A temporary break from taking film Blips for this year. None of the rolls of film finished yet, so this is the first Blip I've uploaded for 2014, so far...
