Flatmates Fly Off

Today Chris and Christine left us to return to their home in Christchurch. We have spent the last 10 days sharing our single room apartment with them and it made us reminisce of our flatting days in our youth.

I was tempted to post a picture of me jumping up and down on the bed celebrating getting our room back to ourselves, but in case Chris signs up to Blipfoto I've posted a shot of a very frozen Lake Alta.

We had a day off skiing today and instead spent the day walking around the nearby trails which surround Whistler including a couple of lakes, parks and Creekside Village.

So tonight the flat is quieter and emptier which is nice , but I have to say, it's not quite the same...
