Ice Flower

The first really frosty day of the year..sorry to all fellow blippers living in polar conditions at the moment, I'm not gloating about the mild winter we have had in the UK honestly. A quick foray into the garden found these beautiful flowers on our winter flowering vibernum (this time last year I was photographing them blanketed in snow).

PS if anyone was wondering..the cake has all been eaten and was delicious :)
