Little 'un

A day of writing, archaeological assessments and Residents' Committee stuff.

All the time at the screen was giving me a headache, so I headed up to the river for 20 minutes, hoping to see something.
The blipgods gave me a sight of this Little Grebe (Ruficollis tachybaptus) being quite bold. Then a mallard (Anas platyrhinchos) paddled by to give an idea of the size of the wee dabchick :)

Back to typing afterwards, though :(
