Please can we go for a walk Mum

Charlie our Border Collie was very fussy this morning. So much so, that he sat with his nose pointing to his harness sweetly pleading for a walk. How can you refuse those eyes.

Donna Nook beach, which has been off limits to dogs whilst the seals were up, was the destination of choice. We could also keep an eye our for Dora whilst we walked. No such luck the fog was so thick you could scarcely see fifty feet in front of you. It didn't stop us, we had a wonderful hour together and were rewarded on our way home with a shot of a beautiful bird that we have yet to identify. Charlie will agree with anything if he thinks he might get the opportunity to go out again. Me, I can' decide if it's a Marsh Harrier, a Kite or a female Kestrel. If anyone is into bird identification I will happliy send you the pic. Otherwise I was just really to see such a wonderful Bird of Prey up so close.
