Bedside reading

Monday
This is my current reading material - nothing profound, but a nice read. It tells the story of Dewey, who was found by library staff in the overnight book drop on the coldest morning of the year in the small rural Iowa town of Spencer. He was only a few weeks old, bedraggled and half-frozen, but very soon won the hearts not just of the library staff but the whole community. For the next eighteen years he lived at the library, and went on to feature in magazines, newspapers, and even a Japanese documentary. The book also gives you a good insight into life in rural mid-western America. If you appreciate well-written profound literature then this probably isnt for you, but if you're an animal lover I'm sure you'd enjoy it!
