Swimmer

Nursery day today. She chose her "mummy made dungarees dress" and very very cute bunches with Mrs Pink hair bobbles. She had a good day, played outside lots apparently. She certainly left filthy and scraped like a child who's had loads of outside fun!

She had a great swimming lesson today. She did some really good swimming today, tried really hard bless her, including trying to ignore the rather silly boy beside her! It was a teacher she's had before and really likes, but wasnt the teacher she was expecting so she had a very brief flap before going in to the pool and swimming her little socks off. Rob knows how well she can swim so called on her to go first and demonstrate a couple of times which certainly gave her a confidence boost. She is now a mixture of wanting to go in the big pool but equally a bit nervous of the time she has to go in for her first lesson there, so had a thing about that. But its a few weeks until that happens, she just wants reassuring what is going on each week as a result.

When we got home, she was ready for bed almost straight away. We read a story, her prayer & bible story, then we read the last of the Magician's Nephew and have started the Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe - we are both very excited! She was still sound asleep by 630 though
