Sheep Sunset on Portencross Road

I believe that the posh term for the rim-lighting effect around the sheep is "contre jour". It's certainly common around here just now, I think because the sun spends so much of its time low in the sky. That's when you can see it at all! This was taken from Portencross Road near West Kilbride, looking across the Firth of Clyde towards the south of Arran.
