Lime Trees

We have lots to learn from nature. There would have been a moment not so long ago when these lime trees had an equal balance of leaves on their branches and leaves on the ground.

Then one whisper of a breeze came, a solitary leaf fell and the balancing point passed. As the rhythm of autumn pulls the trees into winter they will soon be stripped bare.

It is only when we let go of the old dead leaves in our minds that new inspiration can come. Lime flower essence, somewhat appropriately, brings fresh inspiration.

Rainy day today - droplets of water on the lens. An afternoon of frothy coffees snuggled on a Starbuck's sofa with my neice who's coming down from Edinburgh beckons.
