Leaving Hospital

There are a lot of people leave hospital on their own. Hadn't really noticed that before.
I was back in visiting my mum tonight and she was a bit perkier, sitting reading her magazine when I arrived instead of sleeping. They're waiting on a bed coming free in another place before she can leave. Of course, she wants to go home but what can you do?
