Raclette

Our first-ever introduction to raclette was in December 2006, when we were living in Germany and some friends invited us over for a special holiday meal. We haven't had it again since then, but then about a year ago, my parents were similarly introduced by some cousins they visited in Holland. My mom proceeded to purchase a raclette grill and last night, we convened to christen the new appliance - this time in celebration of welcoming my dad home from his ~45 day motorcycle trip around the US. We had a great visit and a delicious meal.
