Blossom Buds

Do laurels have blossom? Or do they have flowers? Whichever they have, they are getting pretty close to opening. As you can see from the raindrops on the leaves and the grungy grey colour of the rooves in the background, it has not been a very nice day down here.

It began raining in the early hours and didn't stop until late afternoon, with not a shred of brightness all day. I don't think our solar panels will have contributed much to the National Grid today! It was shopping in the rain and sticking in the house during the afternoon. Got a bit more cleaning done, and got my website updated at last, so the day wasn't entirely wasted. Only took two pictures though.

Another weekend comes around. Hope everybody has a good one.
