Big Garden Birdwatcher

This weekend is the annual winter RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch. Over the course of an hour, you watch and record the birds who visit your garden. The total for each species is the greatest number you see together at any one time. As you can see, we had some "help" today from Mia!
Despite this, our log reads 3 bullfinches, 2 great tits, 3 blue tits, 1 redpoll, 3 goldfinches, 1 chaffinch, 1 coal tit and 2 blackbirds. Some of our usual visitors were conspicuous by their absence, possibly due to the bad weather or to Mia's vigilance. However, we shall watch again tomorrow and see who turns up.
