Paddling by the Thames

Did the new release of BodyPump this morning and things are already beginning to hurt.

Went for a walk this afternoon to take advantage of some sunlight. We went down to the river and then across the horse shoe bridge towards Caversham. Still lots of flooding and it was a good job that we'd got walking boots on. Some of the pathway nearest to the river was impassable unless you'd got very long boots on. The fields by Tesco are still completely underwater and have been taken over by gulls. I did get some pictures of the whole flock taking off at once but I preferred this shot of husband splashing through the floodwater on our way back to the car.
