Puzzled

My son recently turned 4 and really enjoys jigsaw puzzles. When looking for a present to bring along from my last stay abroad in Tokyo I stumbled upon a set of blank do-it-yourself puzzles in a store which must have been the Japanese version of IKEA.

The result of this is that he first covers the whole thing with all kinds of Timothy-Leary-LSD-madness-style patterns and then asks me for help because he can't figure it out. More challenging than your average 1000 piece set from the toy store...
