Stress Relief

Promised Charlie a walk when I got back from the hospital and decided to take him to Saltfleet Haven to see if we could spot some birds. We saw the RAF with a Helicopter Gunship, picture were rubbish or I would have put one up as my blip!!! Tide was just going out so the little estuary was quite full and tempting for Charlie. We had a wonderful couple of hours, and I captured this shot as the sun was setting on six very stressful days.

Early night for me, I have so much sleep I need to catch up on.
