Golden Leaves in the Winter.

My husband was driving us to a networking event in Toronto this afternoon. As I sat next to him, sort of listening to what he was saying, I had camera in hand ready to shoot whatever caught my eye.

I took many photo's and ended up liking a lot of them which I have decided to keep.

We were early for the meeting so we decided to drive around to waste a bit of time. This is when I saw this lonely colourful tree. How could I ignore this tiny tree standing in a foot of snow with all it's golden leaves swaying in the wind?

It stood straight and proud in the middle of this winter scene.

It wanted to be noticed. I just had to share it with the world.
