Buchstabenmuseum

A fantastic day today we started off with a top tip I’d received and took the students to the Buchstabenmuseum, where loads of the neon signs and lettertypes from the former DDR have been collected and displayed. I’d put it down as a much visit if you’re in Berlin and we’ll certainly be taking students back there any times we come in the future. We got a great introduction from Elle then the students wandered round at their leisure and were inspired.

After a bit of a break for lunch we headed down into Kreuzberg to go to th eCTM exhibition where the working thermion proved a big hit.

Than the students got the evening to themselves and I headed off to meet up with someone for a bit. It meant seeing bits of Berlin I’d never seen before which was cool.
