A catching up day today! First thing was a trip to Carlisle to pick up a bit of equipment. As we passed a home accessory store I suggested we stop on the way back for a cuppa. Mmmm! The low-fat carrot cake was yummy!

This store is very good on display and tempted me to buy a few things I hadn't gone in for! I really liked the shelves of coloured glasses but resisted them. I don't need any!

it was nice to have lunch in one of our old haunts, The Sportsman's, not quite as we remembered it, but we were glad for a sit down and a hot meal.
