Looking out to the Head of the Bay, Teddington

Ah, golden summer evening light. It just lifts your soul, especially on a Monday.

Tonight on our way back home from Charteris Bay, I stopped to take this shot of the inlet that leads out to the Head of the Bay from the flats below Mt Bradley.

This is shot with the other part of my new low-light kit - the Samyang 24mm f/1.4 lens. It's another cracker from Korea; nice and sharp, an extremely easy to use for a manual focus lens. When paired with the 14mm, I think I won't be missing the 16-35mm f4 at this rate, which is a Very Good Thing (and somewhat of a relief!)
