Going nowhere

Nothing else for it but to sink into the sofa and watch the final Grand Prix of the season in Abu Dhabi at the pretty spectacular Yas Marina circuit (is it just me, or is F1 starting to look more and more like the video game versions of the same?). Compared to our stab at sport today - Rangers v Dundee game halted at half time due to the rain - it's a completely different world out there. Far too much money being flashed around. BBC coverage's been good too, though having the winner's lounge miked up may cause them a few complaints after picking up Button's F1-word live and loud. Oops.

Off for another coffee now and to read a few chapters of a good book before a nice Sunday dinner I think. Far too dark, dreich and damp outside for anything else.

Actually, on the whole, a pretty damn fine Sunday in my book.
