Waterfoot Sunrise

More of the Same

There was a time when I really enjoyed sitting by the fire looking out at the heavy rain and waves crashing on the rocks, but its all wearing a bit thin. We have had something like 16 gales in the last couple of months and everyone is just sick and fed up with the weather. Another 3.4 metre tide today pushed higher by the strong south easterly wind, meant gardens and some roads were flooded yet again.

So its another mono stormy blip for the journal, just so I can look back on how miserable this winter has been.

The forecast is actually for sunshine tomorrow - must remember to set the alarm so I don't miss it!
