Dinner

Busy day today with work, errands and a meeting, so I needed something quick for dinner. Here it is, home-made panko breaded shrimp with salad. Not really a winter meal, but still delicious. Did I mention we are expecting freezing rain and ice overnight? Makes a change from snow I suppose!
