It's a carrot Jim, but not as we know it.........

Made roasted root vegetable soup today but couldn't bring myself to cut these two up.
Thought I'd include them in my blip for today, as the weather has been too wet and windy to get out.
The dogs aren't impressed but I'll have to make it up to them tomorrow.
