Bright new day..

As if in sympathy with my good mood (sounds like stage one of my best mates procedure went well) the sky presented a clear and colourful start. Pushing hard into the wind felt good on the bike. Life felt good.

A quiet week socially, but a great friend has just made an appointment to see me tomorrow so I'm looking forward to a big catchup!

The weekend starts to draw my mind, rest and some fun I hope.

The evenings are starting to draw out a little so I will be able to start some training for all the active stuff this year...woohoo!
