Central Park Snow

Brief outing to the Met this morning, above all to see a small Piero della Francesca exhibition--just four small-format works, but very special. (The link is worthwhile--you can zoom in very close to the paintings to examine them.)

This was taken from our taxi while returning. We then soon were off to JFK, to find that our plane is delayed for four hours. So here we sit, at least with internet (at a relatively modest price). Our destination is Paris--our usual winter hangout, as some of you will certainly remember. By the way, the snowed-in car on the right appears to be a limousine, though not one of the really long fancy ones. We escaped a foot of snow in Northampton yesterday; New York got about six inches, mainly the previous night.
