Down to the valley to speak Catalan with our friend and another English couple for an hour, before buying some onion plants, then shopping and getting home to make lunch. Then I managed to Skype my Mum and her partner before we packed up as little as possible (ha ha!) and moved to the Mas for the weekend. So this afternoon has been digging and hoeing (me) ready for planting the 100 onions and rotavating (Steve) ready for sowing some more carrots. Rain is forecast for the whole of Spain tomorrow, but hopefully it will miss us so that we can carry on with the gardening.
