Exploring

We took the kids to the museum this morning to see the Mammoth exhibition.

They loved it.

Squirrel in particular was in awe of the huge beasts.

I see they have fixed the broken giraffe tongue and put a sheet of Perspex up to stop little hands reaching through to repeat things.

The scary face was totally ignored and I am glad I did not have to explain the scenes of purgatory on the Millenium Clock to the Cygnet who was fascinated by it when it was running.

Everybody seemed to be in a rush but the kids loved just watching them all go by.

We stopped off for a cup of tea with Max after dropping the kids off at home.
He was - as usual - a very hospitable host.
