Last Look Back

Hurrah!

It was confirmed at 8.30am that I was to be discharged from hospital today! I rang clickychick but told her not to arrive until after lunch so that my letters and prescription would be ready.

The staff had been very good to me but, nevertheless, it was great to be going home. I had a cuppa while cc had lunch in the hospital cafeteria, then we were on our way.

I was pleased how easily I got into the car and I was quite comfortable during the journey. It was nice to stop at Gelt Wood car park for a cuppa and a stretch.

By late afternoon I was home sorting out a HUGE bag of medicaments!
